Scope of Services

All Inspired Coaching services and communications, including email, phone, and online interactions, are intended to help you identify and address areas for improvement in your life and mindset. Inspired Coaching services are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care. The term "Coaching" in this document refers to the services provided by Inspired Coaching in helping you achieve specific personal or career goals, enhance well-being, and work through personal challenges.

Inspired Coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or medical health conditions. Our coaching services are offered as guidance only, and you retain full responsibility for your choices and actions during and after coaching sessions. For legal clarity, coaching is currently an unregulated industry, and Inspired Coaching is not "licensed" by any medical body in the Netherlands.

Confidentiality and Data Security

All information disclosed in sessions will be treated as confidential. Your privacy is essential to us, and Inspired Coaching will not disclose any session details without your written consent, except when legally required or if necessary to prevent harm. Payment Terms

Payment for sessions, retreats, and other services must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon. Receipts will be provided electronically unless you request an alternative. Inspired Coaching reserves the right to cancel sessions for which payment has not been received. All retreats must be paid in full to confirm your spot. For corporate coaching, payment terms may allow invoicing after services are provided.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to provide written notice for any cancellations according to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Liability Waiver

By accepting Inspired Coaching services, you agree to release and waive any claim for liability against Villia de Koningh, Inspired Coaching, and all agents associated with Inspired Coaching. This release includes any claim arising from the coaching relationship or resulting from coaching activities.

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and images on our website are the intellectual property of Inspired Coaching and may not be reused, reproduced, or distributed without express written consent.

Updates to Terms

Inspired Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions with one week’s notice provided to clients by email or other written means. Should you wish to discontinue services due to any changes, you may do so by providing written notice, and we will refund any prepaid amounts for unused sessions.
