By signing up, you agree to the following group rules: Punctuality and Preparation: Arrive in the online space on time and ready to meditate. No Chit-Chat: Refrain from engaging in chit-chat during our sessions. Respect: Show respect to other students at all times. Post-Meditation Integration: Dedicate time after meditation for journaling to integrate your experience. Questions: Direct any questions via email. Personal Practice: Remember, while we are a group, the practice is personal to each individual's growth and development.
