Mindfulness has its roots in Buddhism, however, most religions include some type of prayer or meditation technique that helps shift your thoughts away from your usual preoccupations toward an appreciation of the moment and a larger perspective on life.

Tools you will learn to use to reap the Benefits of Soulful Mindfulness Practices for Improving Emotional and Physical Well-Being:

 

  • Learn how to Live in the Present moment – Release worries of the past and or future

  • Discover how to use the breath as your compass – Disengage your Auto-Pilot

  • Move your Body – Stagnant bodies lead to stagnant minds

  • Daily Meditation – You time to reflect and connect with how things are with you right now Soulful Mindfulness is a habit, it’s something the more one does, the less effort it takes… it’s a skill that can be learned. 

  • It’s accessing something we already have.

Practicing Soulful mindfulness will bring improvements in both physical and psychological symptoms as well as positive changes in health attitudes and behaviors, teaching us to better navigate and function in our lives with more joy and less stress or pain.

 

The program consists of eight weekly group sessions of 2,5 hours each, plus one full day during which you learn and develop the basic skills to live a Soulful mindful life.

After the last session, you will have developed the necessary tools to continue by yourself, integrating the awareness exercises into your daily routine.

 

Follow up sessions are offered following the eight-week training.
