To ensure optimal service, the following cancellation policy is in place and cannot be waived. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Appointment Cancellation All cancellations must be made in writing via email to Villia de Koningh. A “No Show” or any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment is considered a missed appointment, with a fee of 100% of the service cost.

 

Workshops & Retreats Given the preparation and investments required, the following cancellation policy applies:

 

• More than 3 months in advance: Full refund.

• 2-3 months in advance: 25% of the reservation fee is due.

• 1-2 months in advance: 50% of the reservation fee is due.

• 1 week to 1 month in advance: 75% of the reservation fee is due.

• Less than 1 week in advance: No refund.
